Letters from Paul

These letters written by our Commissioner Dr. E. Paul Eldridge. Abruptly, Stopped in 2004. The Reason is still a mystery, but it is believed that Paul completely lost his ability to write ( actually to think ) after an altercations with Mr. Wichard in the Toilet on the Green (aka The Baneberry Bar). Another generally accepted theory is that Paul is just a lazy bastard and doesn't wanna play nice any more.
